I ordered a static originator more than 10 days ago - what's going on?
The process of configuring and allocating a static originator to an account is dependant upon 3rd parties (i.e. the network operators with whom originators must be registered).
And so, although this process can sometimes take just a few days, unexpected delays by the 3rd parties can sometimes take place.
