How to add a new contact.
- From the top menu, select 'Contacts'.
- Then, from the left menu, select 'List Directory'.
- Click on the name of the Contact List you would like to modify.
- Click on the 'Add New Entry' link shown above the contact data.
- You will now see the list of field names that belong to this list on the left-hand side and spaces for you to provide the data on the right-hand side - key in the details of the new contact.
- Press the 'Add' button to add the new contact or the 'Back' button to cancel.
- Repeat the last two steps for each new field you would like to add.
- Press the 'Finished' button when you are finished.
