Tutorial

How to add a new contact.

  1. From the top menu, select 'Contacts'.
  2. Then, from the left menu, select 'List Directory'.
  3. Click on the name of the Contact List you would like to modify.
  4. Click on the 'Add New Entry' link shown above the contact data.
  5. You will now see the list of field names that belong to this list on the left-hand side and spaces for you to provide the data on the right-hand side - key in the details of the new contact.
  6. Press the 'Add' button to add the new contact or the 'Back' button to cancel.
  7. Repeat the last two steps for each new field you would like to add.
  8. Press the 'Finished' button when you are finished.
