How to add a new field to an existing Contact List.

  1. From the top menu, select 'Contacts'.
  2. Then, from the left menu, select 'List Directory'.
  3. Click on the name of appropriate Contact List.
  4. Click on the 'Modify Structure' link shown above the contact data.
  5. Scroll down to the 'Add New Field' area.
  6. Key in the name of the new field, ensuring that it is unique of the existing field names.
  7. Press the 'Submit' button.
