How to add a new field to an existing Contact List.
- From the top menu, select 'Contacts'.
- Then, from the left menu, select 'List Directory'.
- Click on the name of appropriate Contact List.
- Click on the 'Modify Structure' link shown above the contact data.
- Scroll down to the 'Add New Field' area.
- Key in the name of the new field, ensuring that it is unique of the existing field names.
- Press the 'Submit' button.
