Why can't I access this extension anymore?

Answer

As you should already know, extensions are added-value tools which incur an annual charge.

1. If you previously had access to all of the extensions and no longer have access to any, this means that you have sent a total of (at least) 100 SMS messages and are therefore no longer classified as a 'new user'. Until this point you were given 'LIMITED' access to the extensions for testing purposes and this access has been discontinued.
2. If you previously had access to the extension alone, this means that your annual subscription for the extension has ended and is now due for renewal.
