Answer

In all cases, it is the first instance of a paramter that is acknowledged and the remaining instances, if any, are ignored.

Email-to-SMS users wishing to communicate with multiple recipients simultaneously should seperate receipient numbers using commas or the pipe character (i.e. | ).
