Do the parameters and their corresponding values have to be in a particular order?

Answer

No. The Email-to-SMS service is designed to be as simple as possible and there is no order in which parameters and their corresponding values should be provided.

Our application parses the email's header & body, line-by-line, and looks for the first occurence of each parameter. As such, the order in which they are placed makes no difference.
