What happens if I send an SMS and the recipient's network is not included within the country's network coverage?
Unfortunately, there is no realistic way to know which mobile network a recipient belongs to and so the SMS will be submitted to designated operator for delivery as normal.
The network operator will then fail/reject the message and this will be reflected in the delivery status of the SMS.
It is also important to note that you are charged for this SMS as our costs are incurred on message submission and not message delivery.
