What happens if our (client) server fails or takes too long to respond?

Answer

Our SMS API will abondon its request and send the query string associated with the request, along with an explanation of the failure, to the email address saved within the client's account profile.

This will make it possible to process the query manually and further investigate the cause of the failure/delay.
