Question

What do I do if I have not received the authorisation code?

Answer

The first thing to do is to make sure that the email containg the original authorisation code has not been treated as spam.

If this is not the case, then you can reset the authorisation code:

  1. Login to SMS Online.
  2. Use the quick menu at the top-right hand of the screen to select "Authorise PayPal Purchase".
  3. Scroll down to section called 'New Authorisation Code'
  4. Use the drop-down menu to find the individual purchase (if there is more than one awaiting authorisation).
  5. Press 'Reset'

Please note:

  1. Authorisation codes are sent to the email addresses registered with PayPal - not those registered with us.
  2. The quick menu only shows the above-mentioned option if there are payments waiting to be authorised.
