What happens if I set an expiry date/time that is older than the date/time of message submission?
If a network operator were to receive an SMS with a historical expiry date/time, the network operator would fail the SMS immediately.
As such, we do not allow messages with historical expiry dates/times to be submitted successfully and return error messages to allow for correction prior to submission.
