Why are my MT SMS arriving with the 'tm4b.com' originator although I'm using a pre-registered static originator?

The process of allocating a static originator to an account usually takes approximately 10 days, after which you receive an email informing you of its availability for use.
- Has the static originator been provided exactly as it was ordered?
static originators are case-sensitive and must be supplied at the time of submission exactly as it was purchased/configured.
If the answer to either of the above questions is 'no', our messaging platform will not recognise the originator as being 'static' and will replace it with the default originator 'tm4b.com'.
