How to view a broadcast.
There are several ways through which the analysis of an individual broadcast can be reached.
- Viewing a summary of broadcasts for an individual date:
- From the top menu, select 'Extensions'.
- Then, from the left menu, select 'Broadcast Analysis'.
- Scroll to the 'Individual Date' section.
- Use the drop-downs to select the individual date.
- Press the 'View' button from within the 'Individual Date' section.
- Viewing a summary of broadcasts for a specified period:
- From the top menu, select 'Extensions'.
- Then, from the left menu, select 'Broadcast Analysis'.
- Scroll to the 'Specified Period' section.
- Use the left-hand set of drop-downs to select the 'from' date and use the right-hand set of drop-downs to select the 'to' date. Take note that your join date is set as the default 'from' date and the current date is set as the default 'to' date.
- Press the 'View' button from within the 'Specified Period' section.
- Through its broadcastID:
- From the top menu, select 'Extensions'.
- Then, from the left menu, select 'Broadcast Analysis'.
- Scroll to the 'Specific Broadcast' section.
- Key in the 32 character broadcastID.
- Press the 'View' button from within the 'Specific Broadcast' section.
- Following a link:
From within other areas of SMS Online links relating to an individual broadcast point to the analysis of that broadcast. Simply click on any of those links.
- Automatically:
Whenever a broadcast is submitted through the Web-to-SMS service of SMS Online, the next screen to be shown is its broadcast analysis which can be updated in real-time by refreshing the screen.
