The SMS Dialogue is used to monitor communications with individual contacts.
It combines the entire message history (both MO & MT) in a chronological order along with any information about each contact that has been saved a Contact List.
It can therefore be used to view the two-way conversation with an individual contact and simultaneously provide background information on the contact.
