In the professional use of SMS, it is necessary to be able to analyse individual broadcasts, especially with regards to the delivery states of their messages.
Whilst we provide delivery reports at no extra cost, the task of combining information about a single broadcast as well as filtering out and collating the delivery reports which belong to that broadcast is a very tedious and long-winded task.
