A static originator is an originator which can be used on Global II messages.
Unlike dynamic originators, static originators must be registered with various SMSC's and allocated to an account before use.
However, it is not necessary to purchase a static originator to use the Global II messaging route as we provide all of our customers with free access to the 'tm4b.com' & '2017000' static originators.
