What is a dedicated keyword?

A dedicated keyword is a primary keyword that is allocated to a shared number, i.e. a receiving number which is shared amongst multiple users.

On a shared number, the destined recipient of MO SMS is identified through the first word within the message body (i.e. the primary keyword). This therefore requires the senders of MO SMS to begin their messages with the dedicated keyword.

Note: Keywords are case insensitive.
