Whenever an MO SMS is received by our messaging platform, the first step it takes is to see which of our users the MO SMS is being sent to and then find out what action(s) the user would like to be taken upon its receipt.

The above-mentioned process is made possible by means of 'Message Receivers', which are the combination of:

2. A primary keyword - optional.
