Payment timelines.
As a company with an international customer base, we are only able to provide our services on a pre-pay basis. Furthermore, orders are only processed when payment funds have become accessible to us.
The following are general timelines required for funds to become accessible:
- PayPal
PayPal payments are made through an automated process and, in most cases, funds are received immediately.
- Visa Card
Visa payments are processed manually and so a minimum of one working day is required.
- Money Transfer
Your bank will inform you how many days are required for the transfer to be completed, after which we require one working day to confirm the payment.
- Money Deposit
Money deposits are usually received at the end of the working day on which they were made. We then require one further working day to confirm the payment.
