The differences between 'static' and 'dynamic' originators.

There are two differences between 'static' and 'dynamic' originators:

  1. Static originators must be configured and pre-allocated to an account well before use - dynamic originators can be suggested at the time of broadcast.
  2. Static originators must include at least one letter - dynamic originators can be purely numeric.
