How to download delivery reports in CSV format.

1. Login to SMS Online.
2. From the top menu, select 'Send & Receive'.
3. Then, from the left menu, select 'Delivery Reports'.
4. Use the 'Individual Date' section to select the delivery reports of an individual date.
5. Use the 'Specified Period' section to select the delivery reports of a specified period.
6. Press the 'View' button next in the applicable section.
7. Click on the download icon position at the top-right hand of the screen.
8. Follow the instructions provided by your internet browser to either save the file to your hard disk or view it without saving.
