How to view delivery reports online.

1. Login to SMS Online.
2. From the top menu, select 'Send & Receive'.
3. Then, from the left menu, select 'Delivery Reports'.
4. Use the 'Individual Date' section to select the delivery reports of an individual date.
5. Use the 'Specified Period' section to select the delivery reports of a specified period.
6. Press the 'View' button within the applicable section.

Please note that the delivery state of MT SMS can also be viewed in more detail through the Broadcast Analysis extension.
