When a seemingly valid message is submitted through us, we (in turn) submit it to the SMSC of the relevant network operator for immediate delivery.
At this stage, the network operator takes on the responsibility of delivering the MT SMS and keeps us informed, in real-time, of changes in its delivery state and the timestamp of the change.
