In addition to the recent restructuring of 'Tools' into 'Extensions', the old Message Tracking tool has been replaced by a new section entitled 'Delivery Reports'. More significantly, however, the ability to download delivery reports in CSV format has been added free-of-charge. Although the Broadcast Analysis extension provides in-depth analyses of message broadcasts in real-time, the 'download as a CSV' option now makes it possible to conduct analyses offline using spreadsheet software.
